Stir-Fried Lo Mein With Charred Cabbage, Shiitake, and Chives

This was delicious! Having the wok and really being able to char the cabbage added a wonderful flavor to this dish. I would definitely make it again. I used about half a white cabbage, could maybe use just a little more.

1. Make like you would a normal stir fry (i.e. add the aromatics first, then the veggies). Except there are so many veggies you do need to follow the directions to do them in batches.

2. It was a little too oily. Maybe skip adding more oil when you put in the cooked noodles at the end.
